RESEARCH GROUP
The project group is composed of the research group of the Faculty of Government and European Studies at the New University. The project load is 3193 hours per annum.
Project leader:
dr. Matej Avbelj – expert in (European) constitutional law and legal theory.
Members of the research group:
dr. Jernej Letnar Černič – expert in human rights law and the functioning of the European Court of Human Rights.
dr. Gorazd Justinek – Assistant Professor of International Business and Business Sciences, former diplomat and founding member of the Economic Diplomacy Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
dr. Katarina Vatovec – has many years of practical experience in the study of constitutional review and its systematization.
dr. Liliana Brožič – Associate Professor at the Faculty of Government and European Studies at the New University, where she is habilitated in the field of security studies.
dr. Verena Rošic – Assistant Professor at the European Faculty of Law, New University, her habilitation field is in European law.
dr. Igor Senčar – former Ambassador of Slovenia to the EU in Brussels, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.
dr. Polona Batagelj – Assistant at the European Faculty of Law, New University, her habilitation field is in European law.
Erazem Bohinc – Undergraduate and master’s degrees in law at the European Faculty of Law. A postgraduate specialist LL.M. in Financial Law at the Institute of Law and Finance, Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
Maja Cigoj – Assistant and PhD student of Law at the European Faculty of Law, New University.
